How do I return an item which is delivered ?
ZIESHA offers 'Easy return policy' where you can raise a
return request within 24 hours of its delivery only if its damaged in transit.

You have to provide us the pictures of the damaged product
and opening video of the parcel.
We will pickup the products from your address within 3-4
business days and once the shipment is received , we will go through the
checkup whether its in original packaging , seals etc. And then you will get
the refund within 1-2 business days.
If its not in the original condition and if its tampered
,you will get only partial refund against that product.
